I have been CrossFitting since September last year.
Have you done anything at BVC that you would have thought you could not do before you started?
I did not think I would be able to make it to the gym three times a week.
What keeps you coming back?
I like the different variety each day.
One goal for this coming year?
I would like to be able to continue coming three times per week.
