4 weeks. Literally!
What keeps you coming back?
Liz and the most excellent, safe environment she has created for us reluctant newbie Crossfitters. Now, I just can’t get enough and look forward to my future with Bow Valley CrossFit in my life.
One movement goal for this year?
Pullups!!! 5 of them.
Have you done anything at BVC that you would have thought you could not do before you started?
CrossFit itself. I told Liz all my limitations physically; there are a few, and she said “No problem”. I’m in.
Anything else you would like to add?
I am so looking forward to reaching all my goals this fall in an amazing environment and loving meeting new people to workout with.
