What made you decide to try CrossFit? 

For the challenge and functional movement training.

How has CrossFit changed your life/lifestyle?

It motivates me to improve on my fitness and nutrition. I’ve felt the change and it holds me accountable to make healthier choices to keep living my best life. It’s the most fit I’ve ever been. 

Tell us about any other activities you love to do outside of the gym.

Mountain biking, skiing, climbing.

If you created a WOD named after you what movements would it consist of? 

 Deadlifts, lateral burpees, pull-ups, abs

What is one of your goals for your next year of CrossFit?

I really want a pull-up

What motivates you during a WOD?

I know i’m going to feel great after and the high fives
