How long have you been CrossFitting?
Almost 4 months.
What brought you to CrossFit?
Wanting to improve my fitness and stamina for ski touring.
What changes have you noticed since starting CrossFit?
Since starting I have noticed more changes than just being able to ski tour up hill without being exhausted by the time we hit the top. I am mentally and physically feeling better than I ever have before.
What is one of your movement goals for 2019?
After learning correct techniques these past few months my goal is to start lifting heavier weight and to continue building my stamina and overall fitness.
Have you done anything at BVC that you would have thought you could not do before you started?
When I first started back in August I never imagined I would start keeping up with some of the other members who are incredibly fit.
Anything you would like to add?
Starting with BVC has changed a lot about how I feel on a daily basis, I love the family and comradery that is growing daily in the gym. The community feel that Liz is growing whilst helping us all push to be better and stronger is unbeatable.
