Favorite exercise?

Deadlifts and the sled push.

Least favorite exercise?

I don’t really have one. Although I do sort of dread seeing burpees on the whiteboard.

How long have you been CrossFitting?

3 months. I started this past August with the Couch to CrossFit course.

What keeps you coming back?

In addition to the great coaching, I love the positive and supportive vibe at the gym.

What is one movement goal you have for this year?

Would love to be able to do a full unaided pull-up.

Have you done anything at BVC you never thought you’d do?

I never pictured myself going to a CrossFit gym. After taking the Couch to CrossFit course, I was hooked! I’m now in for the long haul!

Is there anything else that you’d like to add? 

I’m working through a couple of injuries at the moment. Liz has been great with setting me up with modified exercises so I don’t re-injure myself. I love that the focus is always on safety and correct form and technique. Thanks Liz!
