CrossFit classes are designed for all ages, fitness levels and genders. We use a multitude of equipment and workout styles to make you stronger, faster and fitter. Combine that with mobility exercises and nutrition advice and you have a recipe for ultimate health and wellness. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We have designed a 45 min full-body workout that will help you feel good and look good while building strength and endurance. We use a wide variety of equipment to ensure workouts are consistently varied to maximize results! You can jump into these workouts anytime with no prior experience necessary.


There's nothing more beneficial after a tough week at the gym than an hour of yoga! Come and work on your mobility in an ever changing sequence of postures that synchronizes movement with breath. The results are increased strength, balance, flexibility, and inner peace.
