For this full-body fitness class, you are welcome to bring your child with you. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages of children.
If you're looking to get started with CrossFit classes but are unsure where to start, we are here to help. During these 3 one-on-one sessions we teach you all the fundamentals to ensure that you are ready to join our regular classes. You can get started anytime.
