High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We have designed a 45 min full-body workout that will help you feel good and look good while building strength and endurance. We use a wide variety of equipment to ensure workouts are consistently varied to maximize results! You can jump into these workouts anytime with no prior experience necessary.
If you're looking to get started with CrossFit classes but are unsure where to start, we are here to help. During these 3 one-on-one sessions we teach you all the fundamentals to ensure that you are ready to join our regular classes. You can get started anytime.
Olympic Lifting is a great tool for developing strength, explosive speed, and overall body awareness/coordination. Whether you have previous lifting experience, or are new to these movements, this class is designed for you. Come learn the Clean & Jerk and Snatch movements, with focus on proper body positioning and technique.
