new class – lift

We are excited to announce our new class, ‘LIFT’, which will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6.30pm.

This class will be all things barbell with a focus of improving your strength and lifting technique.

These classes are suitable for all members and is included in any current membership.
