• New Year, a time for new beginnings and quite often, false promises to ourselves that we are going to be better to our bodies than we were last year. Many resolutions revolve around weight-loss, diet and exercise and these goals usually end up flying out of the window towards the end of January or early February. 
     
    Health and fitness goals should take precedence every day of the year given what is at stake if we do not prioritize them. So, yes, we want you to write down your health goals for the year but we also want you to think outside of the box. How else can we better ourselves in 2020?
