CrossFit classes are designed for all ages, fitness levels and genders. We use a multitude of equipment and workout styles to make you stronger, faster and fitter. Combine that with mobility exercises and nutrition advice and you have a recipe for ultimate health and wellness. Our workouts are fun, safe and inclusive and we guarantee you will leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Many people are intimidated by CrossFit; they’ve heard rumors and made up their mind that it is scary and hard. Let us show you, in this one hour class, that this is not the case. We will guide you through a basic class and show you the format of our workouts. We are certain that this class will change your mind and quash those inner doubts.

If group classes are not for you then do not worry, our coaches are available for one-on-one sessions to help you achieve your goals. These sessions do not have to be CrossFit focused, we can tailor them to your specific wants and needs. Email us today to schedule your sessions and let us help you realize your potential.

Couch to CrossFit

This is the perfect introduction to CrossFit if you have never tried it and are curious what we are all about. 2 weeks/6 sessions Mon/Wed/Friday at 7am or 6.30pm. After the 6 sessions you will have the skill base and knowledge to join our regular CrossFit classes. If you enjoy the course and want to sign up, then the rest of the month is free. Sessions start on the first and third Monday’s of the month.

STRETCH AND YOGA RELEASE

This class is designed to cater to all ability levels to release tension and allow you to pause, unwind and re-boot. Improved mobility will aid you in all aspects of everyday life along with improving your movements in CrossFit workouts. Members and Non-members welcome.
