Teen Strength & Conditioning

🏋️‍♂️ Teens, this one is for you! 🏋️‍♀️

This class has been designed to introduce teenagers to weightlifting and strength and conditioning training in a fun and safe environment. ⁣

We will develop their understanding of proper mechanics and the importance of lifting correctly before lifting heavy.⁣

Our primary goal is that everyone participating in the course enjoys the process of learning to lift in a welcoming environment. ⁣

Those taking part in the course should come away with a better understanding of how to lift external objects not only in the gym but also in real life situations. ⁣

We will help participants to understand the value of weightlifting from both a health and athletic perspective. ⁣

Tuesdays @ 4pm
Thursdays @ 4pm⁣
