Teens, this one is for you!
This class has been designed to introduce teenagers to weightlifting and strength and conditioning training in a fun and safe environment.
We will develop their understanding of proper mechanics and the importance of lifting correctly before lifting heavy.
Our primary goal is that everyone participating in the course enjoys the process of learning to lift in a welcoming environment.
Those taking part in the course should come away with a better understanding of how to lift external objects not only in the gym but also in real life situations.
We will help participants to understand the value of weightlifting from both a health and athletic perspective.
