Reece is joining us from the UK where he has gained extensive experience coaching CrossFit classes and Personal Training.
We are excited to share in his knowledge and have him as part of our wonderful team.
Why did you start CrossFit?
I’ve always been into sport – From a young age I’ve enjoyed everything from martial arts to rugby to climbing. I’ve always loved pushing myself as part of a team and as an individual. I found CrossFit 3 years ago and was hooked instantly! From both an athletic and health stand point I don’t believe there is a better way to train.
How long have you been coaching for?
I’ve been coaching CrossFit since March 2018 – I have been involved in various ways coaching both rugby and JuJitsu for 8 years prior.
What motivates you as a Coach?
Two things – I love helping people and I’m a geek. I love learning new things and new ways to approach health and happiness. It is incredibly rewarding, to show other people how to make changes, that enable them to live healthier happier lives.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement and your least liked movement?
I’m a big gymnastics fan – Muscle ups, handstands, push ups I’m all for it. Thrusters and rowing – not so keen.
What is your favorite music to work out to?

What is your favorite cheat meal?
Cant beat a burger.
